We're looking for a UX Researcher who will plan and conduct research to understand user
behaviors, needs, and motivations to inform product decisions.
Responsibilities:
· Plan and conduct user research using various methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys,
· usability testing, card sorting, ethnographic studies)
· Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations
· Present research findings and recommendations to peers and stakeholders
· Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to
· identify research opportunities and influence product decisions
· Develop research plans and protocols that align with project goals and timelines
· Create and maintain research artifacts (e.g., personas, journey maps, research repositories)
Requirements:
· Minimum 7 years of UX Research experience
· Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science,
· Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience
· Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
· Experience with industry standard research and analysis tools
· Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings into clear,
· actionable insights
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Experience conducting research for large-scale digital products
· Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research projects and their impact on product decisions
