• Lead and manage a team of QS in the administration and review of procurement and contract management

The Brand Experience is a core function of the Brand and Community organization, with a sharp focus on elevating an inspired understanding of the brand and product stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon across multiple platforms. The Retail Brand Experience (RBE) team are the curators of our in-store brand and product experiences. The RBE team is a core function of the Brand organization, with a sharp focus on storytelling, visual merchandising, and overall store experience. A day in the life:

RBE Manager, SEA markets will be responsible for planning and executing the retail product presentation and storytelling experience across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia to deliver consistent in-store / omni guest experience. This role will manage strategies for visual merchandising, instore marketing, campaigns, and new store openings, by partnering cross functionally with key audiences such as Merchandising, Retail Operations, Brand, Store Development, and Ecomm. Also providing information and presentations to senior leaders regarding local RBE strategies, progress, and results.

Visual Merchandising & Styling

• Drive & localize RBE strategies including visual merchandising, styling, and storytelling based on global / regional strategies.
• Manage pre-season, in-season, and post-season visual merchandising deliverables and strategies for merchandising and planning, brand, and retail stores.
• Work closely with regional RBE, local Brand & community, and store teams to ensure delivery into a global vision.
• Create the detailed merch map with product and storytelling execution by working closely with regional RBE team, product team & store development team for new store openings and optimizations.

Instore Marketing

• Lead & manage local execution of all retail marketing (e.g. Window, signage, lightbox, poster, brand screens) including global, regional, and local campaigns and initiatives, in partnership with Brand, with regional guidance & support
• Support community & brand message instore presentation & communication by working closely with Brand team and retail teams
• Oversee and drive the process of localization art elements implementation in the store in partnership with regional RBE, Brand and Creative team
• Manage local VM Calendar for campaign execution & local / regional brand moments at retail.
• Support all guests related events at retail or pop up to elevate overall brand experience
• Track & record local VM expenses

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, or retail brand marketing
• Undergraduate Degree in Brand Marketing, Communication or Visual Merchandising preferred
• Solid experience working in retail, especially apparel / fashion industry

The Guest Experience Executive’s main role is to deliver an exceptional experience for all of our learners via face-to-face or online platforms. JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FIDReC/ Early Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving FIDReC/ Early Resolution complaints received from FIDReC in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary duties will include handling ongoing FIDReC/ Early Resolution cases and working closely with FIDReC case managers for resolution, mediation, and adjudication when necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Receive and assign cases from FIDReC on a daily basis, ensuring all complaints are tracked, updated in the tracker and prioritised appropriately.
• Contact clients promptly to address and resolve FIDReC complaints within the established early resolution timeframe, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Conduct prompt follow-ups on cases and maintain accurate logs for audit purposes, ensuring all interactions and resolutions are documented thoroughly and recorded in the Client Events Management System (CEMS).

· Education equivalent to a BS in library/information science, human/computer interaction, web development, computer science, graphic arts/digital design, psychology, business, or other equivalent discipline.

· You have an understanding of human centred design methodologies and usability testing

· Working knowledge of enterprise project methodology, and capable of working with IT to manage business and technical requirements for documentation

· You also understand global diversity and the ability to advise on solutions that suit all.

· You have the ability and desire to keep challenging yourself and others with entrepreneurial attitude and passion for observing human behaviour, identifying team biases and surfacing these with grit.

· You work smart, are flexible and skilled in establishing practical processes.

· Familiarity with Information architecture and interaction design

· Experience in Agile and/or LEAN projects

· Good stakeholder management and influencing skills

· Strong communication skills

· IC Agile or SCRUM certification would be desirable

· Expert level capability in Figma

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· You love to take ownership, see your projects through to launch and keep an eye on them afterwards, always on the lookout for improvement.

· Strong influencing and communication skills – oral, written and presentation

· Strong understanding of visual elements, including the application of brand standards(Layout, Type, Fonts…)

· Knowledge of corporate banking concepts

· Ability to collaborate with engineers to help and guide them in translating design to code

· Ability to translate UI design into interactive prototypes
