Your Profile

• University or technical college degree, in Engineering, Aircraft/Aeronautical Engineering or Electronics and Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in the field of component overhaul and/or aircraft maintenance, reliability and technical services, ideally also a certified Design/Verification Engineer. Working experience in Part-145, CAMO, Part 21J Organization is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of an Asian language or German is advantageous

Duties:

• Provide courteous and efficient service, striving to fulfill each guest's request whenever possible. Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly, within three rings.
• Be well-versed in all room types, rates, and availability, and up-sell services whenever possible.
• Take ownership of guest issues, addressing complaints promptly and in line with established procedures. Report to a supervisor for further follow-up if needed, and complete glitch reports when necessary.

1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. They may directly or indirectly lead customer support teams to acheive best in class customer support. They will establish, monitor and report specific KPI’s and seek to improve short falls. 2. Tasks and Responsibilities

The primary function of the CSM position is to provide the management and coordination of day-to-day operations which support customer delivery as well as the direct or indirect supervision of the customer support team members.

The CSM is also responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service and total customer satisfaction to existing and prospective customers while operating within established procedures. This includes:

· Managing orders from PO receipt to delivery for local customers

3. Education and Experience
