KEY ACTIVITIES

Under a Project Director responsibility, the Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project he/she takes care of.

Our Project manager are in charge of:

· Taking care of the project from the expression of needs to the final validation

· Following the project’s design (client need, functional specification, deliverables, etc.),

· Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects in accordance with client’s requirements (scope, schedule and costs)

PROFILE

· Great educational background, with a proven working experience of at least 4 years in Project Management preferablyin the sectors of consulting or professional services or within multi-national companies.

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and ability to coordinate teams including technical ones.

· Solid skilfulness, you have a great understanding of complex or matrix organizations

· Strong autonomy, meticulous and organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills: you are committed and know how to prioritize.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Corporate Services Manager to play a critical role in overseeing the financial, human resource, governance, IT, and operational administration of our Council.

Financial Management and Control:

• Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and compliance with standards and operating procedures.
• Oversee daily financial operations, encompassing accounting, reporting, ensuring precision, timeliness, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Prepare management, statutory, and other reports as required by the Board and Committees or pursuant to applicable regulations.
• Coordinate audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
• Support in cash flow management, providing projections for planning to optimise working capital gains.
• Set and monitor annual budgets and expenses.

Governance Development and Oversight:

Human Resource Policies and Administration:

• Implement and oversee salary and bonus frameworks.

Others:

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure the proper management of insurance, IT, and data management systems.
• Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required by the Executive Director.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related, from a recognised University, preferably with professional accounting certification
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a managerial position.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Pursuit Manager to support opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
