Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
· Greet customers and answer all customers’ enquiries
· Perform for scheduling appointment calendar and sending reminders appointments to customer
· Generating and compiling of daily sales reports
· Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties
· Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.
Requirements
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Passion for customer service
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Preferably with experience. No Experience are welcome as training will be provided.
· Must to able to commit to retail hours and weekends.
