Job Summary:

The Associate General Manager will assist the Director and Senior Management Team in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Financial Management:

• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue enhancement strategies, and investment priorities to maximize financial results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• 3 years of progressive experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
