Job Responsibilities:

CX Initiatives

• Liaise with relevant stakeholders on a series of CX improvement initiatives and subsequent deployments across various touchpoints
• Develop processes for CX implementation e.g. metrics reporting, service principles implementation

• Perform periodic reviews of the training contents for the various types of training and assist to recommend revisions wherever necessary
• Monitor and identify best practices for internal learnings on CX and plan learning sessions to cross-share best practices
• Assist in establishing and monitoring of rewards and recognition programmes for CX efforts and achievements

CX Data-Driven Initiatives

• Work with IT Team on the integration of CX-related data sources and development of the dashboards for CX metrics monitoring by management and staff
• Coordinate and consolidate reports of customer experience across various touchpoints, and service metrics from omnichannel data points
• Conduct regular review of metrics to ensure they are relevant as business operations evolve, and metrics are captured at key `Moments of Truth’ for identified customer segments
• Track performance trends and monitor effectiveness of various interventions, monitor service level standards, and promptly highlight areas that require resolution

CX Forums, Administrative Duties & Others

• Plan, coordinate and organise meetings with internal stakeholders on CX discussions
• Work closely with Business Development to ensure consistent positive brand experience across various touchpoints
• Organise client appreciation events to engage and foster stronger relationship with Client
• Perform administrative duties e.g. procurement, budget utilisation tracking, logistics arrangements, finance related processing
• Assist and support in any other CXSE initiatives, when needed

Job Qualifications:

• At least a Degree in Business Administration or in a related field with minimum three (3) years of experience in Contact Centre industry
• Experience in customer experience related projects or service journey mapping or data analysis work would be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge in contact centre operations, telephony/IT systems and contractual terms

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain specific customer & supplier master data prices and payment terms and lead-times.

· Prepare and maintain all records of Quotations, Purchase orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO); Commercial Invoices (CI), Packing Lists (PL) of cargo; Payments; Customer returns as well as Inventory and stock-taking records.

· Follow up on Quotations to customers; Customers’ Purchase Orders & Payments; as well as Purchase Orders & Payments to Suppliers by liaising with the respective parties.

Job Summary

Bacha Coffee is hiring a Customer Service professional to handle all incoming customer inquiries and calls in regard to our Brand, products, and eCommerce orders via Brand.com as well as pure player eCommerce marketplaces.

The role requires knowledge of the online luxury retail business and a solid foundation of quality service standards.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position has primary working relationships with the eCommerce team, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (marketplace enablers, third-part logistics providers etc.) as well as customers from online and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement with customers to ensure care is taken to uphold the best standards of service including response time, quality of replies, follow up, etc.
• Handle all incoming calls and customer inquiries via Brand.com and any other channels, responding in a professional manner, and helping customers to resolve their issues. Ensuring that queries are replied within 1 business day.
• Be able to provide information about Bacha Coffee’s products and services when necessary.
• Initiate email correspondence with customers, when required.
• Liaising with external partners, such as third-party logistics providers, to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure availability during non-office hours during peak sales periods to assist when required with mega campaign order processing and customer service.
• Monitor customer inquiries, and provide insights into customer behaviour and suggest improvements to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and commercial opportunities.
• Working internally and with external teams to ensure that strong relationships are built and maintained with high-net-worth customers to enhance their experience with Bacha Coffee.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures and standards to ensure that Bacha Coffee’s standards and quality are consistently upheld.
• Monitor response times, customer recovery standards, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, including the digital warehouse, to ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly, with quality.
• Utilise customer care systems or other tools to follow up, close cases, and proactively outreach to customers when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in a customer service role.
• At least 2 years of working experience in online D2C.
• At least 2 years of experience operating pure player marketplace backend systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent command of English
• Meticulous, adaptable, possess an eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Job Description

As a senior customer success manager your role is to offer excellent partnership experience to Wise Platform enterprise level clients. You will be an operational owner of the portfolio of partners like Nubank, N26, Google Pay, etc.

During your day-to-day you're expected to analyze the quality of partnerships from an operational standpoint, identify opportunities to automate and scale operational processes for our partners and for the internal teams who service our enterprise clients as well as deal with partner demands towards Wise operational processes.

This is how you will maximize the value partners receive from using Wise solution by reducing operational friction and defect.

You will be working closely with the Account Management team and Wise operational teams, which are global. You will also work with other functions, including product management, tech, legal, compliance, implementation and business development.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. This means being partners’ point of operational contact (escalations, operational friction patterns), managing stakeholders and conducting business review meetings, providing solutions to partners looking to improve the operational state and supporting them through the execution. Unblocking operational obstacles to growth.
• Own operational success plans with partners to maximize the value partners get from Wise. This means analyzing the operational performance and being the driver of strategic operational improvements projects with partners and keeping our partners as well as internal teams accountable to follow the timelines on the plan.
• Scale internal operations. This means looking into the data (on partner-level, regional and global), working closely with servicing teams to understand what are the key friction points caused by platform partnerships and how we can eliminate/ reduce these gaps by negotiating changes with partners, product, engineers and other stakeholders on a regional or global level. Take the lead on driving the cross-team projects implementing these changes.
• Agree with partners on implementing the endpoints & webhooks. This means exploring what endpoints & webhooks exist and can be helpful and what should be created to help automate internal & partner’s support operational teams by sending the data via API to our partner. Negotiate such changes with a partner, as they need to do tech work on their end as well.
• Analyze the quality of support we provide to our partners and their customers. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular. Collecting feedback from assigned partnerships to identify key improvement areas.

Qualifications

About you:

• You have at least 3-5 years of working in the banking or fintech industry space
• You have proven track of record completing the projects with measurable results, scaling internal costs and improving the processes (ready to share about at least 3 projects lead and delivered)
• You are data-driven, able to collect and analyze data to prioritize the big wins for our partnerships and for scaling internal teams
• You’re creative in finding solutions when you are blocked. You’ll have a number of ways to reach cross-team agreements that work for us, the partner and customers even when you receive a push back
• You go above and beyond the call of duty, work independently without a script and solve complex customer problems working with other teams
• You are an excellent communicator - have a proven track of negotiating changes with internal teams and/or external stakeholders.
