Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent field
• Solid understanding of core business functions: Logistics, Finance, IT, human resources, and marketing can be beneficial.
• Hands on experience with ERP software, Business Central will be an advantage
• 8-10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in operations, project management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
