The Customer Service Officer assists the production unit in receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders. He/She provides related administration support to ensure the smooth fulfilment of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
§ Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers
§ Prepare delivery orders and invoices
§ Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment
§ Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
§ Perform administration tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, updating and filing of relevant documents
§ Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
§ Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ level, NITEC
§ Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing/service industry
§ Basic computer proficiency
§ Ability to handle work independently and be self-motivated
§ Work: Boonlay, 5.5 days per week, Mon-Fri; 730am – 430pm / Sat; 730am – 1130am
