Overall

• This CX role is the torchbearer of a customer-centric culture in an organization that leads to great customer experience. As a CX Analyst within the team, you will bring your mastery of analyst experience to coach stakeholders and teams across the bank as we transform the way we collect data, listen to customers, and identify the focused area to improve experience for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Review industry best practices and benchmarks to ensure WRB is always efficient in their setup and operation across Customer Experience domain. Brings in the customer lens, voice, behavior, and insights and translates these into a defined set of linked end-to-end customer experiences to our various markets. Partner with Analytics and Insights teams on CX optimisation initiatives to turn data into actionable insights. Translate insights into compelling story, and effectively communicate business outcomes that deliver a best-in-class ROX.

Business

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve customer satisfaction, NPS, average response time, average resolution time and other customer metrics. Operationalise the global customer experience blueprint and ensure continuous improvement processes alongside Country CX heads to enhance customer experience and customer service levels. Work intensively with Country CX teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across all stages and touchpoints in a customer journey

Processes

• Operationalize CX Sharing forum to facilitate strong and effective collaboration across WRB CX Heads to deliver on the Customer Experience agenda. Standardise and maintain Global Customer Experience framework and standard operating procedures for WRB. Build and maintain user friendly dashboards to visualize client insights and turning data into insights by using data analytics tools like Qualtrics, Tableau, PowerBI. Managing vendors to translate business objectives into tangible results and deliverables. Understand Client Journey improvement process. Suggesting the right tough points to collect data and measure right client insights during the journeys. Participate group activities such as envisioning / ideation, planning, issue resolution, action planning, assumptions testing & prototyping as well as requirements gathering.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in calling and follow up of daily new Leads (Warm Leads)
• Front desk duties including greeting and welcoming guest, handling of incoming and outgoing calls, booking of appointments, attend to customer’s inquiry
• Ensure all activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prpfessional customer service
• Fix appointment, follow-up through reminder calls, and ensure customer visits the outlet
• Provide professional scalp analysis
• Recommend packages according to individual needs and conditions
• Update clients records in the system
• Provide administrative support
• Complete daily sales report for the outlet manager
• Collection and organization of client cards
• Maintaining client cards in neat and tidy order
• Handle and manage customer feedback (complaints & queries)
• Support the outlet manager in coordinating stock ordering, repairing equipment, store maintenance etc.
• Assist in stock take as required on a rotational basis
• General cleaning duties
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• NITEC in Business Stidies/ Administration/ Management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service (preferably in retail/ beauty industry)
• Require MS Office and Excel Skills
• 6 day work week including weekends and PH (Compulsory to work on weekends & PH)
• Able to work retail hours
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.

Requirements

• Singaporeans only. Preferably with work experience in automotive industry
• Minimum Diploma
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders

• Computer savvy (MS Office, CRM system)
• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in leading a team of customer service and general administration team in a similar trade (automotive/logistics/industrial)
