QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Possesses at least a Degree or Diploma
• Minimally 2 years’ experience as inside sales/customer Service function.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills is desirable
• Well versed in Microsoft Office suite applications
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and problem solving skills are also welcomed to apply

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Computer Skills:

• Respond to all incoming calls regarding the customers’ issues especially relating to termination requests and turn them into contract renewal.

1. Support of the sales team in organizing and attending sales events

• Update of contacts & Customer relationship activity in Salesforce (a CRM system)
• Follow-up on clients inquiry (before sales and after sales)
• Preparing quotation/agreement and contract management
