RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for GyroGear customers, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and empathetically.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and to high satisfaction.

4. Driving Success Metrics and Retention

• Establish and track key customer success metrics, ensuring satisfaction goals are achieved.
• Identify at-risk customers proactively and implement strategies to improve retention.

5. Communication and Engagement

• Regularly update customers via newsletters, status reports, and check-ins to ensure consistent engagement.
• Actively participate in online communities to foster connections, increase brand awareness, and generate new leads.

6. CRM Management and Process Optimization

• Maintain and enhance the CRM database to ensure accuracy, usability, and efficiency.
• Develop and refine customer success workflows, ensuring scalability as the company grows.

7. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to handle returns, refunds, and complex customer concerns.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create customer-centric campaigns and content, such as testimonials and success stories.

8. Thought Leadership and Continuous Learning

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Represent GyroGear at regional and international events to showcase the GyroGlove™ and engage directly with customers (e.g., Singapore).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service roles.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Expertise in CRM platforms and related tools; experience with HubSpot, Intercom, Zapier, or Airtable is a bonus.

Job Summary

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position has primary working relationships with the eCommerce team, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (marketplace enablers, third-part logistics providers etc.) as well as customers from online and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in a customer service role.

The Brand Experience is a core function of the Brand and Community organization, with a sharp focus on elevating an inspired understanding of the brand and product stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon across multiple platforms. The Retail Brand Experience (RBE) team are the curators of our in-store brand and product experiences. The RBE team is a core function of the Brand organization, with a sharp focus on storytelling, visual merchandising, and overall store experience. This team brings to life global /regional/ local marketing moments, impacting the retail channel performance while elevating guest experience and brand recognition.

A day in the life:

RBE Manager, SEA markets will be responsible for planning and executing the retail product presentation and storytelling experience across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia to deliver consistent in-store / omni guest experience. This role will manage strategies for visual merchandising, instore marketing, campaigns, and new store openings, by partnering cross functionally with key audiences such as Merchandising, Retail Operations, Brand, Store Development, and Ecomm. • Drive & localize RBE strategies including visual merchandising, styling, and storytelling based on global / regional strategies.
• Manage pre-season, in-season, and post-season visual merchandising deliverables and strategies for merchandising and planning, brand, and retail stores.
• Work closely with regional RBE, local Brand & community, and store teams to ensure delivery into a global vision.
• Create the detailed merch map with product and storytelling execution by working closely with regional RBE team, product team & store development team for new store openings and optimizations.
• Manage store capacity list for SEA markets
• Localize product presentation guidance & training to store VM leads on VM shifts.

Instore Marketing

• Lead & manage local execution of all retail marketing (e.g. Window, signage, lightbox, poster, brand screens) including global, regional, and local campaigns and initiatives, in partnership with Brand, with regional guidance & support
• Support community & brand message instore presentation & communication by working closely with Brand team and retail teams
• Oversee and drive the process of localization art elements implementation in the store in partnership with regional RBE, Brand and Creative team
• Manage local VM Calendar for campaign execution & local / regional brand moments at retail.
• Support all guests related events at retail or pop up to elevate overall brand experience
• Track & record local VM expenses

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, or retail brand marketing
• Undergraduate Degree in Brand Marketing, Communication or Visual Merchandising preferred
• Solid experience working in retail, especially apparel / fashion industry
• Experience working cross functionally to deliver outputs
• Experience working with vendors and creative agencies, manage budget & deadlines
• Strong Graphic skills in Adobe Suite (AI & PS)
