• Manage the store's upkeep, maintenance, and any necessary repairs or improvements to maintain a luxurious shopping environment.

Budget & Operations Management:

• Manage store operations efficiently, minimizing costs while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
• Oversee the budget for headcount, couriers, postage, alterations, and outsourced work, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

People Management:

• Lead and motivate your team by being a role model and fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and in-store training to ensure staff have excellent product knowledge and are aligned with the brand’s standards.
• Manage performance issues with support from HR, conducting appraisals, and setting development objectives for team members.
