• Taking charge of constantly reviewing and streamline workflow and working conditions in order to achieve labor turnover and efficient operation.
• Provide the point of escalation for team for any operational issues.
• Responsible in preparing the reports & present recommendations to external stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 1 Years of working experience in being a team lead

- liaise with clients/potential clients for account opening

- maintain existing account and weekly updates into customer relations system

- advise clients on monthly promotions

- sourcing of new clients

- sourcing of new projects for the company

- providing weekly updates to general manager on customer status
