Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times

Requirements:

• Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery, installation, and setup of bag-making machines at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct client training sessions on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide ongoing support by addressing inquiries, offering effective solutions, and performing routine maintenance to ensure long-term machine performance.
• Collaborate with the technical team in Japan to resolve complex technical issues and relay customer feedback for product improvement.

• Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery is a plus.
