• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any member complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Bookings Management: Handle bookings and scheduling for kitchen spaces and equipment.
• Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming and collaborative environment among members.
• Facility Management: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of kitchen spaces and equipment.
• Communication: Keep members informed about updates, events, and kitchen policies.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen supplies and inventory.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from members to improve services and facilities.
