What You Will Deliver

• Provide quality customer services to prospective and existing clients in a professional manner
• Be proficient and knowledgeable with our products and services so as to generate interest in our customers
• Answer and handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers timely and tactfully
• Make warm/cold & inbound/outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to clients’ enquiries on account opening, application verification and account management
• Update monthly promotion log sheet /campaign log sheet /weekly report
• Simple administrative tasks such as data entry, editing, and processing of customer information
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by team lead and Managers

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in the Telemarketing/ Customer Service field is preferred
• Mature with a positive attitude, self motivated and desire to learn
• Customer service-oriented attitude, good team player with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• The skills and discipline to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in a pressurized and fast paced environment
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with main office (HK) counterparts is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS office applications e.g. Excel, Word, and Google Docs/sheets are preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage brand accounts, including ensuring consistent servicing of brands and creating holistic activation plans.
• Lead the Partnerships Brand Experience team to ensure exemplary service of WTT Partners
• Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders, including but not limited to business partners and agencies
• Ensure the fulfilment of all WTT Partnership contracts, including but not limited to event implementation, branding approvals, activation, hospitality and onsite support
• Establish timelines, guidelines and processes for smooth and clear communications
• Work with the Event Partnerships Experience, Sales, Research, Media and Digital Team to develop and implement digital-first partnership activations
• Manage accounts jointly with the Partnership Sales team, providing relevant feedback for renewal negotiations
• Any other task as required by Management

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication etc.
• Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong business acumen and solution focused
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to think critically and adapt to situations when required
• Resourceful and innovative
• Ability to travel (60%)

Desirable:

• Passion for sport and business;
• Ability to work in multiple languages, with preference for Asian Languages.
