Location: Lorong Chuan
Roles and resposibilities:
- In charge of after sales servicing
- Coordinate meetings with clients or stakeholders
- Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests through phone, email, social media, or instant messaging
- Providing information or details about available products or services
- Resolving/addressing customer needs and solving product or service issues
- Maintaining records and keeping track of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and actions taken
- Improving customer experience: Analyzing customer needs and information to improve customer relationships
- Working with other departments and collaborate with other staff to ensure customer satisfaction
- Sending gifts/birthday cards/messages during celebratory events
- Other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min a Local diploma graduate of any field
- At least one year of customer service experience of any sort
- a bit of sales background would be good but not required
Pay:
Full-time: 2.5k-4k
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
