Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet parents and children and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with registration and check-ins for classes and events.
• Respond promptly to parents’ inquiries in person, via phone regarding class schedules, programs, and other centre-related information.
• Manage and update class bookings and attendance records.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Support the team in managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Address and resolve minor complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide information about ongoing promotions and upcoming events.
• Ensure a smooth flow of operations during peak hours, including guiding parents and children to designated areas.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
• Ability to handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a child-centric environment and interacting with children.
• Ability to commit to working on weekends and/or depending on the schedule.
• Preferably bilingual, able to speak both English and Chinese to assist a diverse range of parents effectively.
