• Develop measures to improve vendor management capability in the operation

• Manage teams at work (e.g. Overtime, resource planning, performance management, misconducts, on/off-boarding and etc.)

• Ensure billing to customer on time

• Manage WSH activities to ensure team’s compliance to requirements

• Operate systems, technology and electronic tools deployed (e.g. SAP, WMS & etc.)

• Ensure warehouse operations activities in optimization of Packaging materials, optimise waste management- reduce, reuse, and recycle materials

• Optimize energy consumption within the warehouse.

• Optimize transportation routes

• Implement water-efficient practises in cleaning and maintenance

Preferred background from 3PL and WMS knowledge.

This role is responsible for supervising order fulfilment. He/she is also responsible monitoring performance and ensures timely processing of customers’ orders. Being practical, he/she works closely with the operation teams, customer service teams and vendors / contractors to deliver results.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a positive, customer friendly admin and customer service executive with a strong work ethic for our dance studios. As part of the admin team you will be required to provide overall customer and teacher support over email, phone and face to face at the studios.

Things you will do

• Greet & welcome customers
• Provide information about our classes, programs and studio policies
• Respond to general support enquiries (email, phone, walk-ins)
• Process student upgrades, withdrawals, payment collection and other administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of class schedules, registrations, and payments using our studio management software
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
• Ensure premises are kept neat, well organised and report any maintenance issue to the relevant personnel
• Collaborate within and across teams to achieve business goals of service excellence and growth

About you:
As the ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (customer service or admin)
• Proficiency in office management software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Customer focused attitude (Responsiveness, Accurate & Customer Friendly)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
