Job Description

• Activation: Lead customer onboarding and serve as a solutions expert to help customers achieve their objectives.
• Renewals & Expansion: Manage account relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Product Collaboration: Work with the product team to analyze usage patterns, gather user feedback, and contribute to feature development aligned with customer needs.
• Nurturing: Assess customer health, design retention strategies, and deliver training and presentations for key accounts.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote additional services and products, leveraging customer insights to recommend relevant solutions.
• Communication: Create and manage customer communications and materials, collaborate on success stories, respond to inquiries, handle change requests, and conduct weekly client calls.

About our client: Our client is a global MNC company in the Oil&Gas industry.

About the role: This is a 6-month maternity cover position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to the full term. If you are a proactive, organized individual with experience in customer service or administrative roles, we encourage you to apply.

1) Order Processing:

● Support in the registration of vessels, ITT, trucking and drumming orders in MyService accurately
● Update customer orders based on instructions from Account Manager
● Create relevant feed/run down order in the Industrial Terminals.

2) Trucking and Drumming activities:
● Coordinate and plan drumming activities
● Book time slots for trucking activities
● Liaise with haulier to optimize planning
● Coordinate service disruptions with Account Manager and Operations
● Coordinate and plan drum delivery and collection

3) Documentation Handling:

● Conduct relevant Customs Clearance Processes
● Handle shipping and ITT documentation
● Handle prevailing administrative tasks for the department
● Perform relevant dispatcher activities on the terminal

4) Periodic Reporting:
● Assist Account Managers with manual inventory reports for customers
● Create all other prevailing periodic reports, including Qliksense

About you:

• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role in the Oil & Gas industry is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, and customs clearance processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability ovpato prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with team members, customers, and external partners.
