JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate banking, particularly around platform and financial market products, or experience working on client-facing projects within financial institutions or fintechs. Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design is essential, as well as a strong grasp of design systems and design system governance. RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

· Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our platform product suite and business priorities

· Go deep in researching and understanding our Platform and (FM) Financial Markets services, products and users in close collaboration with our client research and insights team

· Produce high-quality UX based on client research and user testing data

· Create high fidelity prototypes using UI components from our component library

· Present these prototypes to senior leaders and be able to communicate clearly about the process and reasoning that went into the design

· Pro-actively engage stakeholders and collaboration partners to understand the products and business context, and to help them get onboard with your design solution proposals

Business

· Our team services the entire Corporate and Institutional Banking domain. This includes corporate banking and trading platforms, API developer platforms, and internal employee productivity tools and services. Your focus will be on Platform services and FM products. This means services that connect and support different products on our corporate banking platform, as well as FM products.

Our Ideal Candidate

· Experience driving projects from initiation to delivery, defining the business value gained with the program and utilising this with stakeholders for buy-in.

· 5+ years of experience in producing UX and UI design, including interactive prototypes using Figma

· Experience working at financial institutions, including fintechs, would be desirable

· Education equivalent to a BS in library/information science, human/computer interaction, web development, computer science, graphic arts/digital design, psychology, business, or other equivalent discipline.

· You have an understanding of human centred design methodologies and usability testing

· Working knowledge of enterprise project methodology, and capable of working with IT to manage business and technical requirements for documentation

· You also understand global diversity and the ability to advise on solutions that suit all.

About this team

The Brand Experience is a core function of the Brand and Community organization, with a sharp focus on elevating an inspired understanding of the brand and product stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon across multiple platforms. The Retail Brand Experience (RBE) team are the curators of our in-store brand and product experiences. The RBE team is a core function of the Brand organization, with a sharp focus on storytelling, visual merchandising, and overall store experience. A day in the life:

RBE Manager, SEA markets will be responsible for planning and executing the retail product presentation and storytelling experience across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia to deliver consistent in-store / omni guest experience. This role will manage strategies for visual merchandising, instore marketing, campaigns, and new store openings, by partnering cross functionally with key audiences such as Merchandising, Retail Operations, Brand, Store Development, and Ecomm. Visual Merchandising & Styling

• Drive & localize RBE strategies including visual merchandising, styling, and storytelling based on global / regional strategies.

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, or retail brand marketing
• Undergraduate Degree in Brand Marketing, Communication or Visual Merchandising preferred
• Solid experience working in retail, especially apparel / fashion industry
• Experience working cross functionally to deliver outputs
• Experience working with vendors and creative agencies, manage budget & deadlines
• Strong Graphic skills in Adobe Suite (AI & PS)
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft office and smartsheet

· Facilitating new finance partner recruitment, proposals, selection, and negotiations

· Supporting ongoing competitive landscape analysis, and monitoring local industry and regulatory trends

· Overseeing project budget and coordinating subsidiary program investments

· Supporting development of program enhancements, such as new products and service integrations (e.g. tablets, wearables, trade-ins)

· Monitoring and reporting on program-specific progress, performance, and overall achievement against business KPIs

· Providing regular progress reports to RHQ and HQ leadership

· Support regional marketing programs and PR as needed

Requirements

· 5-7 years of project management experience in a B2C business, ideally in a regional role

· Expertise in consumer financing / micro-financing preferred (e.g. BNPL or microfinancing programs); fintech and consumer banking experience also relevant

· Solid understanding of microfinancing programs, loan products and solutions, and corresponding financing partner commercial structures

· Strong project management capabilities are required

· Experience in working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (role will involve working with business teams, financiers, and technical teams)

· Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market programs is ideal

· Experience working in Southeast Asia markets preferred

· Team player with good stakeholder management and collaborative approach

· Result-oriented and resourceful with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient in MS Excel analysis, including pivot tables
