Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven personnel to lead and execute our marketing strategies in the IT industry. This role involves managing cold calling prospective clients and focusing on event management to drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate will have Business Development acumen to build qualified leads for the Sales Team to convert to quality pipelines. The candidate also needs to be able to manage vendor to rollout Digital Marketing campaigns that are aligned with corporate directions Strong communication skills, and proactive approach to engaging new opportunities is a necessity.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Cold Calling:

• Identify and research potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s offerings and schedule follow-up meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and client feedback.

Event Management:

• Plan, organize, and execute events such as product launches, event, webinars, and other activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
• Monitor event performance and gather attendee feedback for continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing :

Manage agencies to rollout Digital campaigns that are developed by Corporate via online channels, including website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media (Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and paid advertising.

• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and identify improvement areas.

Vendor and Partner Management:

• Able to work together with the Marketing team of Strategic Partner such as SAP to build a GTM marketing plan to grow pipelines
• Optimize utilization of MDF/BDF from Strategic Partner
• Able to manage Agencies to execute successful Digital campaigns by giving clear objectives and guidance.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools within the IT sector.
• Use insights to inform and enhance marketing strategies.

Relevant Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related field.
• At least 3 years’ of related experience
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to build pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Able to travel to other entities occasionally for meeting.

JOB SCOPE

To be able to manage and execute the company projects in building construction which covers:

• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
• Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation

Job Resoibsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc
• Assist in investor reporting, partner capital account statements, capital calls, distribution, equalization notices and client reporting are prepared and disseminated correctly
• To provide support in multiple asset classes and funds
• Develop strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholder including fund managers, investors, auditors, tax agents etc

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in fund houses and fund administrators)
• Strong knowledge of report standards including IFRS, SFRS and RAP 7.
• Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable and meticulous to figures and driven to meet deadlines.

Full Set of Accounts Management: Independently manage the complete set of accounts for various clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Month-End Closings: Execute month-end closing processes efficiently for multiple companies.
Management Accounts Preparation: Develop comprehensive monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
Group Account Consolidation: Handle the consolidation of financial statements for simple to complex group structures.
Financial Statement Compilation: Prepare financial statements in line with Financial Reporting Standards.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior associates, fostering their professional growth.
Team Supervision: Oversee junior associates to ensure high-quality work and achieve departmental goals.
Financial Management Support: Assist in delivering expert financial management services to our clients.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve accounting issues promptly as they arise.
Client Advisory: Provide clients with insightful advice on finance operations, accounting systems, and reporting requirements.
Ad-Hoc Assignments: Tackle special projects and assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:
Tax Guidance: Knowledge and experience in tax computation and advisory for clients will be highly advantageous.
