· Strategic Process Alignment: Ensure all processes are aligned with the company's long-term strategy and business objectives, helping drive overall success.

· Managing Change: Lead the adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies across departments, guiding teams through the transition and ensuring successful implementation.

· Process Evaluation & Optimization: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes and ensure they are continuously improved.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that processes meet their expectations and align with business needs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Maritime Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.

· At least 8 years of experience in shipping, ideally within operational functions. Experience in Marine Operations Systems product design is a plus.

· Familiarity with business process management, automation initiatives, and big data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

· A self-motivated and adaptable individual with a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· Capable of leading discussions and influencing key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive to anticipate and address potential process issues.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
