• Support Project Manager in attaining holistic objectives of the assigned surveys.

• Lead a team of Survey Officers to achieve service levels for assigned surveys within timeline.

• Ensuring the team attains their daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• To be the subject matter expert for assigned surveys.

• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues if needed.

• Ensure survey data are accurately keyed into the system via audits.

• Handle escalations/complaints cases via service recovery calls.

• Assist Quality Service Manager in escalations/complaints via incident reporting, findings, and future

preventive measures.

• Conduct field visits with junior team members for survey collection.

• Conduct call audits to ensure compliance to call scripts, professionalism, and service excellence.

• Continuous improvement in standards and quality of the team via coaching efforts.

• Goals setting and conducting year-end appraisals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

• Equipped with work experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service role.

• Possessed at least 2-3 years’ experience in supervisory position.

• Those without the academic qualifications will be considered with relevant work experience.

• Applicants with call center background, direct sales and customer fronting will be advantageous.

• Able to handle escalations and complaints proficiently to de-escalate these cases.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. and internet usage.

• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

being deployed to operations.

We are seeking a qualified and service-oriented individual to join our Customer Service Department. This department focuses on delivering consumer banking products and services, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts, and remittance services.

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform essential back-end support functions and assist with the department’s operational activities. Key responsibilities include:

KYC & Customer Documentation

• Follow up with customers on periodic KYC review documentation.
• Liaise with customers to resolve incomplete due diligence documentation.
• Update and maintain customer information data in the bank’s systems.

Account Management

• Address customer and departmental inquiries related to account opening, closure, and maintenance.
• Support daily operations for account services, ensuring accuracy and timelu processing.

Clearing & Transactions

• Handle outward clearing, inward/outward returned cheques, e-voucher responses, and mark cheque processes.
• Manage inward clearing reports, CTS transaction backups, and e-Giro transactions.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and submit reports to Head Office, Management, and regulatory bodies as required.

Projects & System Enhancements

• Contribute to department projects and participate in system enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have:

• A recognized Degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of banking experience, preferably in areas such as tellering, payments, or related functions.
• The ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful and service-oriented attitude.
• A team player mindset with adaptability to changes in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, and banking compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
