• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm; 1-2 Saturdays per month, 9:00am – 3:00pm (based on duty roster).
• Work Arrangement: 100% office-based, no hybrid option.
• Team Structure: Reporting to the Customer Service & POC Manager, part of a team of 6 CS members.
• Key Performance Indicators: Must meet time-sensitive KPIs (e.g., 15 minutes for order processing).

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Laboratory Technician to be part of their Labortory Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Laboratory Technician:

• Assist in routine lab tasks such as paint preparation, panel setup, and airless spray applications.
• Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis for paint products.
• Support chemists in development projects, including managing stock levels for panels, raw materials, and lab supplies.
• Participate in trial applications and inspections outside the lab under supervision.
• Handle non-chemical waste disposal and maintain a safe work environment by following ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
• Communicate progress or delays effectively with the line manager.
• Ensure workplace safety, especially in handling chemicals, and follow preventive measures to reduce risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field

Job Scope
