Job Description & Requirements:

• PC / Notebook / AIO system diagnostic.
• Assist and advising customer the best solution for their repair / upgrade / customization.

• Open and close up the gallery;
• Attend to visitors’ requests, feedback, phone calls and emails;
• Manage visitors’ registration, set-up, operations and tear down for events and/or activities;
• Make daily rounds at regular intervals to ensure that exhibits are functioning and check for defects in the gallery;
• Prepare and submit daily reports which include visitorship, checks on gallery, status of defects in the gallery, etc;
• Stock take and replenish collaterals and premiums;
• Pack SMG premiums for visits and/or events;
• Manage simple troubleshooting for the gallery’s exhibits and infrastructure
• Liaise with other vendors and contractors to ensure that above daily duties are carried out properly;
• Attend the fire safety briefings, fire drills and handle incidents such as accidents with injury or illness, any acts of disturbance or violence and acts of mischief or vandalism in the gallery;
• Manage and schedule SMG volunteers;
• Perform non-cash transactions for sales of merchandise, monitor stock levels, and conduct inventory counts; and
• Any other tasks pertaining to SMG as assigned

Requirement:

• Good communication, adaptive reasoning and interpersonal skills;
• Meticulous, independent and service oriented;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Relevant customer service experience;
• Presentably attired in office wear.

1. Work as a market quality representative in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.), collecting

quality information of client products (terminal products and POP display racks) through business trips and store

inspections, listing problem points and promoting internal improvement within the company, enhancing user

experience and satisfaction

2. Research the market return data and trends. Establish a product return model to measure the quality level of

the product market, and decompose responsibility for quality issues to each business unit based on physical

analysis to identify improvement opportunities

3. Bridge the gap between consumers and SHOKZ, dive deep into local stores and after-sales processes, identify

improvement & risk points, and promote SHOKZ's development

4. Other assigned tasks.

Job Requirement：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering

2. Having excellent teamwork and communication coordination skills, having strong self motivation, able to flexibly respond to

changes

3. Located in a subsidiary in Singapore, required frequent business trips to Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, and other

countries
