ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and caring Operations Manager to

accelerate our business growth and social impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programme and events planning and implementation.

• Recruitment, management and deployment of our pool of Music

Making Facilitators.

• Development and maintenance of systems and processes.

• Purchase and maintenance of music technology and office assets.

• Sourcing and collaboration with partners and service providers.

• Organisation and collection of data and evidence for customer

feedback, research insights and privacy protection.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product and do market research on existing competition
• Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in relevant field
• Preferably 4 years of work experience and Proven account management or other relevant experiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Experiences in the Utility Sector would have an added advantage.
• Experience with enterprise software would have an added advantage

Job Description:

• Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.
• Seek clarification well in advance for any ambiguities or missing information from Client's Consultant.
• Lead project team so as to deliver the project on time and complete all the works within the project budget.
• Arrange sufficient work areas for the next-coming subcontractors and prevent any stand-by or delay to them. Always avoid any claims from Client, subcontractors or third parties due to work delay.
• Achieve a zero accident together with site safety team.
• Keep all records for the additional works and forward these informations to headquater QS for VO follow-up.
• Take an ownership mindset and work cost-effectively and diligently.
• Maintain good manners and good relationship with Client as a company representative.
• Maintain good communication with all staffs.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Master / Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Building Services or its equivalent.
• Min 10 years’ experience in local construction industry.
• Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical skills and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace.
