The Program Department plays one of the most critical roles in Cyrus. Every new project in Cyrus begins with you leading the project team and laying the groundwork to ensure a smooth and successful completion. Your key responsibilities are as follows:

Job Scope:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide input and ensure program and projects address key business needs and goals

- Work with cross functional teams in retail to ensure smooth implementation and integration of loyalty initiatives across all customer journeys and touch points

- Support in the management and growth of loyalty program, delivering business and customer value and resonate with target customer segments for various assets

- Develop loyalty and partnership marketing and communication plans that aligns with our portfolio of assets, customer segments and deliver on business goals

- Vendor, project and campaign management for all loyalty initiatives and implementation
