• Develop and implement order management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, especially in areas of managing letters of credit.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues related to order processing/fulfilment.
• Collaborate with sales people, inventory team, production plants, external logistics partners, system support to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Review and refresh key performance indicators (KPIs) on internal team and external partners.
• Consider learning and development opportunities for team members, together with recommending changes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements in order processing.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Professional certificate in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or order management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of order management systems (SAP R3 (ECC) or S4 Hana) and processes
• Good working knowledge in the negotiation of Letters of Credit for countries, as well as other payment terms such as D/P, D/A, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set strategy and vision for the implementation of our customer reference program in SEA and as the external contact for the company customers.
• Identify and nurture a pool of satisfied customers willing to participate in marketing activities, including case studies, testimonials, webinars, and events.
• Engage with marketing, sales, product and executive teams, on a daily basis, regarding customer advocacy. Train internal teams on use of reference materials, processes, programs and strategy for customer assets.
• Coordinate customer speaking opportunities, including webinars, conferences, and industry events, to highlight our brand’s impact through authentic customer advocacy.
• Work directly with customers to capture their experiences, success metrics, and insights, crafting compelling narratives and case studies to be used across sales and marketing channels.
• Foster long-term relationships with referenceable customers, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction with the reference process.
• Measure the effectiveness of the customer reference program by tracking metrics such as engagement, lead generation impact, and sales influence, using insights to refine strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - MBA degree a plus.
• 5 years experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing or developer marketing channels such as content, event and community marketing, direct emails and social media.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
• Strong stakeholder management
• Project management skills and experience including websites, social media, reporting and managing vendors and agencies for content creation and review.
• Have agency experience, particularly in customer success, sales, PR, analytics and customer advocacy.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for overall project management by working with vendors and main-contractor on design, procurement, contracts, production/fabrication, installation, buy-off, testing & commissioning and successful handover to client or Audio Visual, Lighting and Multimedia (AVLMM).
• Provide the technical know-hows and expertise to project team to ensure a seamless transition / hand-over and take-over of existing scope that drive towards full project completion and handover.
• Act as the Person-In-Charge for the project-wide coordination of audiovisual, multimedia content, show-lighting controls and systems integration ensuring technical specifications and requirements are met and are executed in accordance to the expected schedule for installation and handover.
• Coordinate and integrate systems control for Animatronic (Dunkleosteus).
• Facilitate on the coordination of overall content management system with the client and vendors on the design and implement. This require a strong familiarisation and understand in hardware (e.g. AV Racks, Equipment, etc.) and software (e.g. DMX, Pixera, Brightsign, Smart Monkeys, ISSAC, etc.) systems.
• Plan and integrate of AVLMM design and installation schedule into overall project master schedule.
• Manage and maintain a hardware inventory of AVLMM equipment list with the vendors and project team.
• Ensure the adherance to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards during installation phase.
