Responsibilities

• Managing all frontline operation in an efficient manner.

• Liaise with the Workshop-in-charge at all times to ensure smooth process flow until the vehicle has delivery after repair.

• Coordinate service operation matters with other franchises (Ad hoc basis).

• Attend to all complaint/feedback related to customer issue.

• Monitor KPIs target set for all the up-selling program and take initiative to meet or exceed the targets

About the role: We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. A key objective will be to proactively seek ways to improve the customer service experience by changing the current approach from merely responding to customer queries to truly understanding customer needs and identifying, amending or streamlining business processes to drive delivery excellence.
