We are looking to hire a candidate with prior experience in Salesforce development and operations support to join our team in driving continuous product development and operational support for a new Salesforce implementation. You will be collaborating closely with the project team, which includes the Product/Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Technical Services Consultant (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with business teams to elicit citizen/business needs through human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys and develop the appropriate business case.

· Work with fellow GovTechies and the business project teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria.

· Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with GovTech's technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG Tech Stack)

· Identify and adopt the appropriate development methodology (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) in an Outsourced, Co-Sourced or In-house development environment

· Plan/review/conduct testing and data conversion to ensure that specifications are met

· Drive system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations

· Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations & Maintenance phase)

Skill Requirement:

· Minimum 7 years working experience for Senior Consultant role

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

· Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology.

· Proven experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning and design, and testing

· Good understanding of customer/user experience, design thinking, user story mapping and digital product lifecycle management

· Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders

· A driven and motivated personality with an ability to learn and apply

· Knowledge of, or experience in implementing projects in at least one of the following areas Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, Service Design, Cloud Solutioning.

· Past development or consulting experience (preferable)|

As a COTS Engineer on our team, you will bring your Salesforce expertise to support the ongoing product development and operational maintenance of a newly implemented Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist BA on user stories elaboration

· Assist QA on test automation and bug fixes

· Assist DevOps on build and release automation

· Design and deliver working software applications to delight customers

· Improve software quality using XP practices, not limited to code review and unit testing

· Adheres to the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto

· Prepare architectural and other technical documents|

Skill Requirement:

· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

· Familiar with Git

· Experience with Continuous Integration

· Experience working in agile teams - TDD, Pair programming, Scrum

· Familiar with both Windows and UNIX/Linux servers

· Familiar with Design Patterns

· Familiar with Unit Testing

· Good presentation and listening skills

· Exposure to mobile application development will be an added advantage

· Working experience in Agile and UX development environment will be an added advantage

· Proficient with business process modelling techniques and BPMN is a plus

· Experience with internet and intranet applications development is a plus.

· Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing COTS product and features, including but not limited to rules engine, workflow, processes logics, data validations screen flows and page layouts with products such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Sharepoint Online, Dynamics 365 etc is a plus

· Experience with designing custom objects, fields, functions, layout, processes or validation rules is a plus

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Laboratory Technician to be part of their Labortory Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Laboratory Technician:

• Assist in routine lab tasks such as paint preparation, panel setup, and airless spray applications.
• Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis for paint products.
• Support chemists in development projects, including managing stock levels for panels, raw materials, and lab supplies.
• Participate in trial applications and inspections outside the lab under supervision.
• Handle non-chemical waste disposal and maintain a safe work environment by following ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
• Communicate progress or delays effectively with the line manager.
• Ensure workplace safety, especially in handling chemicals, and follow preventive measures to reduce risks.
