4. Market and Product Knowledge:

• Share insights, feedback and customer requirements with the product development and marketing teams to drive innovation.
• Participate in all company-participated trade shows and seminars in Singapore and abroad.

5. Training and Support:

• Educate customers on equipment features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of products.
• Assist management with any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as and where required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred or related technical field, Minimum Diploma in related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the equipment sales and service industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of vacuum pump technology or other technical equipment. Proficiency in technical sales and solution design.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Travel: Required to support regional customers in Southeast Asia (30-40%).

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved.
