5. Customer Service Excellence:

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices and ensure adherence to standards.
• Regularly assess service standards and implement improvements as needed.

This is a full time role for a Service Crew located in Suntec. Our client is F&B Industry. This position includes providing friendly and courteous customer service, handling reservations and inquiries over the phone, taking and serving food and drink orders, and managing input into the point-of-sales system.
