Key Duties

• Technical Support: Engineers in this role will provide essential 24/7 standby and emergency support, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

The CSDM is responsible for overall service for key franchise client(s) working closely with operational teams and senior management cross jurisdictional.
