Accomplish Day to Day Operations

1. Perform VIP Guest meet and greet and farewell process according to the set standard.

You’ll be leading our Customer Experience team for our Startups business across APAC & Middle East, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The Customer Experience team here at Carta is a key part of the broader Corporations business unit. In APAC, we manage the full lifecycle of our~ 1,000 Private Markets customers, from early stage to IPO, and many of these companies drive the direction of our product and vision. Duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relations with tenants via regular and proactive communication.

- Manage tenants complaints and work to resolve them or provide feedback to Management

- Manage and schedule work order requests put in by tenants in a timely manner

THE ROLE

The Service Crew/Captain is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inventory, addressing customer feedback, and collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver a pleasant dining experience.
