Responsibilities

• Provide good customer support to our corporate customers, including end-to-end management of customers’ orders and requests
• Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support and documentation
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers promptly
• Prepare and submit documents required by customers in their respective management systems
• Proactively update customers on their order status and shipment schedules
• Maintain accurate and updated records of spare parts price lists for customers
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders and internal departments to fulfil customers’ orders and ensure timely execution of shipments
• Prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with custom queries
• Work closely with internal teams to manage customers’ issues & solution implementation.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Candidates with more years of relevant working experience will be considered for senior position with higher remuneration
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Possess a customer-centric mindset
• Meticulous & hardworking with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good self-drive and self-discipline with minimal supervision required and possess a 'Can Do' attitude
• High level of integrity and can be trusted in handling confidential information
• Able to work well in a team as well as being independent and pro-active
• Able to work under tight schedules and handle high volume of requests, yet remain composed and positive under difficult situations
• Able to work after office hours when required
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to integrate with people of differing backgrounds
• Experience in managing multiple projects/engagements with short deadlines is an advantage
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Your Role on Our Journey:

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll be the go-to person for our drivers after they hit the road in their leased PHVs. Your main task? To make sure every driver feels supported, heard, and valued. Whether it's resolving an issue, answering queries, or just checking in to see how they're doing, your role is crucial in keeping our drivers happy and our engines running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

• Provide stellar after-sales support to our drivers, ensuring they have a smooth ride with Lumens.
• Be the first point of contact for drivers' requests and concerns, resolving them with efficiency and care.
• Regularly follow up with drivers to gather feedback and check on their experience.
• Identify opportunities for re-contract deals, and upsell better vehicles or longer lease contracts.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our drivers, ensuring they always feel part of the Lumens family.
• Keep customers updated on the latest promotion and product.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, such as Sales, Account Manager or Customer Service
• A passion for helping and interacting with people.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for resolving issues swiftly and satisfactorily.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive, empathetic approach to customer service.
• The ability to identify sales opportunities without ever losing that personal, caring touch.
