We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company. The service engineer's responsibilities include repairing faults, radar installation, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should provide friendly, efficient service at all times.

To be successful as a service engineer, you should be knowledgeable about machines and willing to accept constructive criticism. Ultimately, an outstanding service engineer will exhibit resourcefulness as well as superb active listening and troubleshooting skills.

Service Engineer Responsibilities:

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Need experience in radar installation.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

Service Engineer Requirements:

• An associate's degree in engineering or similar.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• A relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
• The ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.

Job Description

· To provide counter registration and administrative support at Training Hub.

· Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions

· Logistic support of training operations

· Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions

· Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course

· Any adhoc duties assigned

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision:Lead and oversee a team of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring their performance.
  Ensure that cleaning staff adheres to safety protocols and follows company policies and procedures.
  Provide guidance and support to staff who are on medical leave (MC), ensuring continuity of cleaning operations.
• Scheduling:Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly and efficiently.
  Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate special events or emergencies.
• Training and Development:Train new cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
  Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve staff performance.
  Arrange for cross-training of staff to cover absences due to MC.
• Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning tasks are completed to high standards.
  Address any deficiencies and provide feedback to staff for improvement.
  Ensure that temporary staff or replacements maintain quality standards during MC.
• Inventory Management:Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
  Place orders for supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Customer Relations:Communicate with clients or building occupants to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  Handle complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Health and Safety:Ensure that cleaning staff follows safety protocols, uses protective equipment, and handles chemicals safely.
  Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.
  Make necessary arrangements to accommodate staff on MC and ensure they receive proper support upon their return.
• Budget Management:Assist in budget planning and management for cleaning operations.
  Monitor expenses and work to control costs.
• Communication:Maintain open and clear communication with cleaning staff and management.
  Address any issues, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally.
  Facilitate team meetings and provide updates on cleaning operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a higher degree).
• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:

• The job may require lifting, bending, and prolonged standing or walking.
• Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Managing large amount of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Coordinate with the Maintenance, Installation and Delivery Support Team to resolve Customer's concerns.
