This role will report to the Customer Service Team Leader.

As a Customer Resolution Executive, you will be the go-to person for our offshore Customer Service Officers. You will be involved in assisting the Customer Service Team Leader in managing day-to-day operations of the contact center - provide insights, advice and approvals to technical cases escalated by our customer service officers and take over any complex cases and complaints as a level 2 support staff. This role requires you to have a strong interest in consumer electronic products and keeping up-to-trend with the technologies. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive experience with our brand.

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide timely, accurate and quality responses to complex cases, complaints and VIP customers via various contact points such as Emails, Live Chats and Phone Line
2. As the 2nd level support, review escalated cases and provide advice to frontline agents
3. Build sustainable relationships and act as the liaison between customer service department and various BUs such as technical team, operations team, etc.
4. Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
5. Identify emerging issue with products and provide insights to Team Leader early through data collection and an 'eye for details'
6. Audit works submitted by agents to ensure data integrity and accuracy
7. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvements. Work with Team Leader to design and implement changes

• Diploma from a recognised institution

• Fluent, professional English, ability to speak another local language (Tamil, Malay, Chinese) will be favourable.
• Previous experience working in a contact center (technical support and e-commerce will be an advantage)
• Basic understanding on consumer electronics and smart appliances such as monitors, smart TVs, etc
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and technology

1. Develop a product monitoring solution for reporting the product health and statistics.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

About the job

Reporting to the Easy Buying Manager & Team Leader, you will help to build and retain a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment by valuing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations, thereby stimulating more and more frequent visits. You will also support in ensuring that customers’ issues are handled efficiently and with empathy.

Your assignment

• To provide resolutions towards customer enquiries and complaints by processing exchange and returns claims, refunds, IKEA Family Member Card issues, home delivery and other related customers enquiries
• Manage enquiries from both walk in and phone in IKEA customers and provide service recovery
• Provide customer recovery support, such as working with sales and logistics team to resolve out of stocks cases and manage cash on delivery cases, etc
• Ensure the correct orders are handed over to customers at the merchandise pick-up point
• Support in back-office duties such as oversold cases, issues with transport provider billings and open customer cases logged in Customer relations management system
• Understanding and implementing the department policies and procedures to ensure safety and security compliance and to provide customers a positive shopping experience
• Support the team through knowledge sharing, as well as become multi-skilled to support other functions within the Customer Relations Department
