Main responsibilities

The Service Lead is accountable for:

• Performing all run activities in respect of CA-CIB process, ensuring:

– The team respects the SLA (changes, incidents, requests)

– Appropriate reaction, in line with the severity of an incident or escalation.

– ITS ITIL process is dully followed (change, incident, problem management).

• Handling escalation on actions from Production Engineers Level 3 (incident, request, change)

– Escalates to management if needed

– Check if Knowledge was shared within the team and perform filed sessions.

– Enable coordination with other team (AS, Infra, Network, Build….)

– Create PSS post major incident and when improvement topic requires it

• Continuous improvement of service provided by Production Engineer L2 / L3

– Enable and encourage Improvement spirit within the team by being a role model on that topics

– Ensure the team has proper time slots to make the ongoing improvement

– Promote automation / Innovation

• Managing knowledge in coordination with AS community in Paris and London

– Trains Production Engineers on transferred activities for his business line (production of the applications)

– Proactively liaise with third party teams to bring trainings, documents, sharing session with ‘his’ own team.

– Controls that Knowledge database is regularly updated

• Driving the most complex operations & ensures they are well prepared by Production Engineers (involvement on DRP test, WIP, major incidents etc…).

– Act as global coordinator during DRP / WIP / main events.

– Review of major releases roadmaps with the team

– Ensure post checks are documented, performed and report is shared

• Controls quality of the RUN activities for all applications of his Business Line

– Recurrent incident

– Respect of SLA

– Reports / Documentations are built with high quality

Working Hours and Shift Organization

Service Manager, Data Security Services

The Service Manager for Data Security Services manages the RUN team and the related activities to data and endpoint security. He/She is the main point of contact for the service provider and the internal clients in the bank. He/She manages the budget for the scope. He/She is also responsible for the transition of the new services from other regions to Singapore and manages the project/transition. The role is a techno-managerial role and will have to be involved in DLP policy/rule modifications as well. He/She works with continuous improvement principles. Data Security Services team in Singapore is responsible for day-to-day operational services on the infrastructure of Europe (mainly France, UK, and Russia) remotely from Singapore. France infrastructure represents approximately 90% of the worldwide production activities of CA-CIB.

Primary Role

The role requires the individual to oversee Customer Support Service (CSS) team to support 1-Net core business, operations and services with 24x7 service availability at multiple sites of Data Centre (DC), including management of DC network infrastructure, network operation/services and service delivery.

As a Customer Engineer, you will work with technical Sales teams as a machine learning subject matter expert to differentiate Google Cloud to our customers. You will help prospective customers and partners understand the power of Google Cloud, explaining technical features, helping customers design architectures, and problem-solving any potential roadblocks. In this role, you will work with customers and product development to shape the future of the AI/Generative AI platform.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Specialize in conversational architecture with expertise in Google Dialogflow CX for chat and voice.
• Lead the design and architecture of conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI/Vertex Conversation to meet business objectives and customer needs for defined use cases.
• Implement and optimize advanced features such as context management, entity recognition, and multi-turn conversations.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.

Customer Service Executive, SEAO & Export Markets (1-Year Contract)

The primary role of Customer Service Executive includes processing the orders placed by internal and external customers from SEAO & Export Markets. This role is responsible to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction along with coordination activities.

You will be responsible for external and internal customer enquiries and on-time delivery process from identifying customer needs, processing orders, ensure sufficient supply, handling complaints to shipment and delivery of orders to customers. This role reports directly to Customer Service Lead / Manager for SEA & Export Markets, based in Singapore.

The Position:

• Responsible to ensure effective and accurate processing / releasing all sales orders to enter timely in systems and orders to meet delivery as per First Confirmation Date given by customers
• Perform order validations with high level of accuracy and consistent with the terms and conditions on customer’s purchase orders.
• Act as an intermediary between customer and multiple departments including sales, procurement, planning, quality control, regulatory, production and warehouse/logistics department on handling complaints, customer master information record (CMIR), credit block issues, shipping discrepancies, reverse logistics/returns.
• Prioritization and tracking of customer’s orders in system, review and escalation risk and opportunities to the supply planning team during the Monthly S&OP and ASF meetings
• Ensure on-time delivery, customer complaint and high service level fulfilment
