As a Customer Success Manager at Digify, you will play a key role in onboarding, engaging, growing, and retaining customers. • Manage order receipts efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships.
• Supports the order to cash process with excellence in order processing.

A JOB THAT MATTER: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team.

• Provide shared support to Sales & Operations team
