What You'll Be Doing

• Customer Onboarding: Work closely with the Business Development and Customer Success teams to onboard new customers onto the Fairmart platform. This will involve:
• Conducting needs assessments to understand the customer's goals and pain points
• Configuring and deploying Fairmart's solutions to meet the customer's requirements
• Providing hands-on training and support to ensure a smooth implementation process

We are looking for experienced full-time Service Desk engineer to provide End User Computing or Service Desk support to APAC Region in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1.5 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS.
• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.

You Will

• Act as first point of contact and first responder for IT incidents reported by end users, via email, phone, and other online channels as required
• Log calls in the Service Desk management tool to ensure incidents and requests are managed in a timely manner and escalated using the correct procedures.
