Responsibilities

• Able to function on a 24 by 7, shift-rotational basis, including weekends.
• Ensure all calls, chats are answered and all emails are responded in a timely manner.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged into the ITSM portal.
• Perform initial classification/prioritization of the incidents.
• Perform first level triage and troubleshooting on all reported issues, ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the precise root of the issue.
• Refer to internal Knowledge Base or resources to provide accurate technical solutions.
• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone, email or chat.
• If unable to resolve, escalation to next level resolver group and keeping client informed.

• Contribute knowledge articles and maintain documentations for known errors/on-site processes.
• Collaborate with the internal IT team to communicate to the client the status of their ticket every step of the way, notifying them of any changes or outages related to their issue.

• Identify, communicate and mitigate potential risks to the Service Delivery Manager and clients.
• Act as the Monitoring Center for internal infrastructure, monitoring via dashboards and escalating appropriately to Level 2 or Level 3 team for remediation.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information System or the equivalent).
• ITIL v4 or other IT-related certifications will be an advantage.
• At least 1 to 2 years’ work experiences as an IT Service Desk Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or similar roles.
• Familiarity in providing support via remote desktop applications.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments.

In this newly-created role, you will develop BI solutions to understand product usage and customer activity, create and own multiple Product Key Performance Indicators, develop a deep understanding of product health and the customer experience, advance data acumen across the company, and promote strategic decisions through data storytelling. Product managers, product marketers, policy analysts and senior management stakeholders will look to you to understand behaviours across the customer journeys and translate to actionable insights to elevate the citizen experience and outcomes.

As personalisation of content and digital services starts playing an outsized role, the data foundations that you will build for HealthHub will pave the way for our hyper-personalisation ambitions.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform strategic and ad-hoc analysis in support of product team members such as: product managers and planners, engineers, UX, design and marketing team members including content strategists and marketing automation specialist
• Develop dashboards and define metrics that inform success for the Product & Marketing Teams
• Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention and engagement
• Help design, execute and evaluate A/B tests to improve the user journey
• Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive (including forecasting), and prescriptive data projects
• Explore large, complex, and loosely defined datasets to create actionable insights
• Provide direction for the overall data strategy such as automating the handling of product usage data collection, PDPA compliance of data under management, cookie and privacy management, experimentation tools, A/B testing, etc. which may include working through vendors’ data teams to execute on the strategy
• Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value
• Act as a trusted voice of product data and insights in meetings and presentations

Requirements:

• 4+ years of data analysis experience, leveraging descriptive and predictive data techniques
• 4+ years of experience focused on feature and usage metrics, A/B testing, conversion and retention, segmentation, and developing user archetypes and their usage patterns
• 4+ years of experience in analysing & making improvements in the data sets returned in google analytics
• 2+ years of experience supporting product teams
• 2+ years of experience uncovering data insights to form hypothesis, designing product experiments, evaluating results and making recommendations
• Experience working with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap or equivalent is paramount
• Intermediate Level SQL
• Advanced BI dashboard development using Tableau or Power BI
• Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide clear status updates
• Bonus: Experience using Python and R for analysis
• Bonus: Experience with Qualtrics to establish customer feedback loops will be beneficial
