Job Description:

• Provide frontline customer service for registration and appointments of department.
• Assist with coordination and appointment booking for the customers
• Administrative duties associated with the clinical services/ programmes.

Your Role

• We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Service Engineer/ Electrical Engineer/ Senior Technician (electrical diagram,Electrical circuit) repair, maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical related work. You will perform preventive maintenance on machines and cost reduction. Support new equipment installation and major periodic maintenance activities as required.

What Do We Want

• Min Nitec/Diploma & above in electrical and electronic/ engineering / equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years & above of service experience in electrical background.
• Able to read electrical diagram and well verse with electrical repair (Electrical circuit)
• Class 3 driving license.

Duties of Service Crew

• Provide excellent customer service experience.

• Assist in making hot and cold beverages
• Assist in serving food and beverage to guest
• Assist in Packing food orders in Kitchen for both dine in, online & takeaway orders
• Assist in Taking Order
• Assist in Seating guest
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean at all times
• Assist in clearing tables , sweeping , mopping etc
• Provide menu recommendations appropriately
• Attend to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
• Adhere to personal & food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the restaurant
• Perform any other duties assigned by Manager
