9AM ā 1PM or 10.30AM ā 2.30PM
5 days work week (may include weekends & PH)
Training about 10-12 full days (training batch 27/12/24)
Job Description:
ā¢ Handle calls and/ or emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services
ā¢ Respond to customersā queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution.
ā¢ Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
ā¢ Provide customersā feedback to respective business partners to improve customer experience
ā¢ Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated channels.
ā¢ Perform after- call administration work
ā¢ Use customer service and sales skills to optimise customer satisfaction of each customer contact
ā¢ Maximise opportunities to deepen customer relationship via upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services
Requirements:
- Min GCE āOā/āNā/āAā Levels/Diploma in any discipline
- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY !
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills
