• Responsible for all assigned jobs and ensuring the quality of such repairs are in accordance with the standard time and requirements.
• Exercise due care in handling vehicles under your repair, to use seat covers, floor-mat paper, steering wheel covers and fender covers at all times.
• Upgrade yourself with product knowledge, technical skills and fulfillment on Company’s learning path.
• Maintain accurate daily record of job card to enable proper time analysis.
• Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of all workshop equipment, special tools (Piwis tester ii) and company hand-tools provided by company.
• To observe work bay and the workshop areas including the engine room, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
• To ensure proper uniform and safety shoes are clean and presentable.
• Abide with all safety rules and regulations relating to the use of chemicals spray, flammable chemical/fuels, machinery and tools.
• To seek advice or consult the diagnostics specialist/workshop supervisor/workshop executive in the instance of any doubt or difficulty concerning repairs/servicing.
• Report the status of the repairs or additional works to workshop supervisors and service advisors.
• To follow safety regulations for all high voltage vehicle according to government and Company’s guidelines, HV or EIP are allowed to work on these vehicles only.
• Any other suitable duties assigned from time to time by the management.

• Technical training (as automotive technician, industrial (technician)
• Vocational training at an automotive dealership or at a similar facility
• Driving licence
• Experience with prestige vehicles
• Team orientation and customer focused attitude

• Perform verification, calibration and preventive maintenance (PMs) with in-house Metrology SOPs

• Maintain in-house calibration and qualification tools to ensure that they are timely calibrated and maintained

• Handle and Coordinate with External Third-Party (3P) vendors to support various services (calibration, PM, Qualification, repairs)

• Ensure that the External 3P vendors are qualified under Customer off-site and on-site requirements prior their service job execution

• Respond as per on-site service request guidelines to ad-hoc Service requests triggered by Laboratory End Users within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Identify and recommend to customers appropriate inventory type and quantity of inventory supply of critical equipment service parts, verification/calibration/PM kits and service tools replacement to minimize instrument downtime and budget planning.

• Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates and tracking of services rendered in this program, using an in-house Asst Management system in the following areas:

• Training

• Service Reports of all equipment and calibration tools for all services performed

• Asset information

• Vendor Qualification Review

• Effective communication and coordination with customers, vendors, multi-functional team in the company to ensure services can be carried out effectively.
