Outbound Service Call Representative (No sales/telemarketing, purely a Service call)
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as an Outbound Service Call Representative.
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver a positive and professional customer experience while adhering to service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound service calls to provide a professional and exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer queries and requests efficiently while meeting service level agreements and turnaround standards.
• Perform necessary ancillary tasks to ensure the seamless completion of each customer interaction.
• Engage proactively in processing and administration tasks, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in conducting outbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to meet service levels, handle customer requests, and adhere to turnaround times effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to handle ancillary and administrative tasks.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call centre operations.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes.
• Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
