Job Responsibility

Customer Service Executives are key to supporting the daily operations of the business and managing customer service relationships. The primary responsibilities include:

• Assist in the day to day administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
• Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)
• Assist in scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)
• Record keeping
• Establishing excellent rapport with parents, children and teachers
• Responsible for maintaining brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)
• Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment
• Training will be provided
• Proficient in standard English (required)

• Bilingualism is an advantage

Food SERVICE COUNTER Attendant are responsible for the daily prepare and serve food to customers. Typical duties include providing an excellent dining experience, managing staff, ensuring efficiency and overseeing health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities for Food Design attractive menus
Develop a relationship with regular customers
Follow food and safety regulations
Order food supplies for the kitchen
Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service
Assist with marketing events
Create restaurant policies
Hire and train new restaurant staff
Able to teach & guide staff on food preparation
Able to hold weekly meetings for staff.
Simple deep frying & cooking experience is required.

1. Attend and respond to all customers feedback via emails, social media, phone calls, Google reviews and other channels.
2. Coordinate with internal departments concerning the feedback of customers.
3. Compile customer feedback and provide advisory to management by generating monthly dashboard data.
4. Assist to train outlet service crew on customer service.
5. Attend to customer enquiry and are comfortable with face-to-face video chat.
6. Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries via online and offline.
7. Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues accordingly.
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
