Work Hours: 2 Weekdays 10am - 7pm, 2 Weekdays 12.30pm - 9.30pm

1 Weekend: 8.30am - 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes

• Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs

• Actively promote and upsell programmes to both prospective and existing customers

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and service-oriented manner

• Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with all customers

• Handle all walk-ins, phone and online enquiries in a professional and customer-oriented manner

• Handle registration, student movements (transfers / withdrawals) and payment collection in accordance with the centre's SOPs

• Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints

• Escalate unresolved customers' feedbacks and grievances promptly to the Centre Manager or Management

• Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required

• Maintain a strong communication link between teachers and parents to ensure a seamless client experience

• Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned

Customer Service Officers (Full-time, Punggol Plaza)

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused service manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager's responsibilities include repair and calibration of our market leading visual and infrared camera equipment as well as detection and metrology devices. Further the Service Manager will be providing the highest level of customer service and developing lasting customer relationships through outstanding customer centricity. The service manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.

To be successful as a service manager, you should display a strong technical hands-on mentality as well as outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills across all hierarchy levels. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

· Repair and maintenance as well as calibration of customer cameras and other instrumentation
