RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer complaints & issues promptly and accurately

REQUIREMENTS

• "N" Level, “O” Level, “A” Level
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
• Bilingual, preferred
• Ability to start work within short notice

Business Development (Semiconductor equipment repair service)

1. Develop RF plasma equipment Repair Business

2. Support Semiconductor Wafer Fab customers

3. Minimum 3 years business development experience for semiconductor spare part or equipment

4. Possess good network with key persons at existing wafer fab customers

Teleport is technical service provider for RF Plasma equipment on vacuum chamber in Semiconductor manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries and feedback related to the project
• Report directly to Project Manager
• Work closely with the relevant parties such as residents, consultants, authorities, etc.
• Implement proactive steps to address complaints arising from construction activities
• Maintain a documented record of requests and complaints received from residents and/or public
• Issue and distribute advance notifications to the public regarding upcoming work.

Requirements:

• Only for Singaporeans/PR
• Experience in customer service for BTO projects
• GCE O/A Level with relevant certificates

• Conduct inspection, trouble shoot and complete maintenance of ship’s main engine remote control system and navigation equipment
• Familiar with ship owners and shipyards working procedures and environment
• Willing to work in local and overseas shipyard as well as anchorage environment at irregular hours which include overnight, weekends and public holiday depending on vessel schedule

Requirements:
• Relevant marine / mechanical / engineering qualification
• Sound knowledge in pneumatics / electrical control engineering
• ‘Hands on’ experience in Marine Automation
• Those with minimum experience or education level will be consider for Technician
